Out Of Thin Air

The weather has become wonderfully warm, reaching 19 degrees today and yesterday. Unfortunately, in a bid to overcompensate, my workplace has turned on the air conditioner (or has opened a dimensional gate to Pluto) and now we freeze. I have to choose my layers carefully, short or light long sleeves with a sweater I [...]

Sneaky Stuff

I’m trying to learn how to use a Wiki.
We’re not allowed much freedom with the computers at work. No USBs, no working on them even on non-productive time. Which, okay. I understand. Still, I have breaks, I come in early, it would be nice to be able to type up all the [...]

I reorganized my work-space, one of those deceptively productive tasks [...]

One more thing lost.

My memory stick.
With all my stories, my snippets, my ideas, backed up either from May or July.
Fuck me.
For that, I cried.  A good, solid ten minutes of utterly ridiculous sobbing.  10% cried for “what if he takes it?” but 90% cried for “what if he laughs?”
Which is so stupid.  I know, I know.
*sigh*
