Long Night
We left Toronto early because of a family emergency – Todd’s grandfather. We drove back last night, spent hours at the hospital, until we left at around 2:00 a.m. He passed away at 7:00 a.m. this morning. We’re both a little shell-shocked and sleep deprived, but his suffering has ended and that means something.
